Description

Hi – my name is Echo. You may have noticed I look a little different from most Greyhounds. Apparently I’m what they call a lurcher and my wild hair and Romanesque nose come from being half Deerhound. If I had to pick just one thing to share about myself, I would tell you that there is only one thing I love more than sleeping – snuggling with people and giving them lots of kisses! That’s probably why my foster parents have nicknamed me the “Lurcher of Love”. They also say that I’m a clever, playful goofball who is chock full of personality. I guess occasionally I can get a little too full of that personality and need a reminder of who is in charge, but I’m all about making people happy so a little correction goes a long way. I love to go for walks and my favorite toys are the squeaky ones and tennis balls! I have two Greyhound foster brothers and we get along pretty well (though just between you and me, I might prefer to be the only dog so that I can have all the toys and love for myself!). I’m a happy girl and love my foster home, but I know my very own family is out there somewhere and I can’t wait to give them all the love I have to share!
