Abracadbra! My name is Abby and I just cast a spell that I hope will bring my forever family into the picture. I am a 7 year-old fawn greyhound who will worm my way into your heart in a flash. From the moment you look into my eyes, you’ll be under my spell. I’m as charming as I am beautiful, winning over everyone I meet.
Like a magic wand, my tail sweeps through the air whenever I see a leash. I love to go on walks, though I’m still learning the fine art of walking on one side only and not criss- crossing in front of my handler.
I love car rides. My favorite places to go are Sonic where I get a pup-sized dish of ice cream, and Slim Chickens where I get my very own chicken tender. So magical!
I am a quick study, who learned the house rules in just one week. I love food and I’m very food-motivated so be aware of what you leave out that’s within my reach. I will surely make it magically disappear.
I love to snuggle and my favorite place to be is right beside my human. I occasionally show way too much interest in squirrels, chipmunks, cats and other small critters so it’s probably best that I move into a home without cats or other small animals.
I’m a curious pup, who leads with my nose. I do well with crate-time when left alone, and at night when it’s time to go to sleep. I often dream about adventures and unlimited snacks. I can be a bit stubborn at times but not too often. Other than that, I’m nearly perfect. Make plans to meet me soon before someone else adopts me and I disappear from the list of Adoptables.
